José Vilar Gonzálbez

Graduated in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Valencia, José has held financial management positions in two multinational groups (AGV and AHT Group). Subsequently, he dedicated 14 years to working at the Valencian Institute of Finance, where he specialized in providing financial support for R&D and entrepreneurship. He possesses an in-depth understanding of financial instrument taxonomy and the regional innovation ecosystem.

Since 2015, he has been serving as the Head of European Program Services at IVACE, overseeing the coordination of the Regional Strategy within the European Framework Program for Research and Innovation, known as Horizon Europe. Additionally, he leads the Enterprise Europe Network in the Valencia and Murcia Regions.
